About UTIX

UTIX began in 2017 with roots in blockchain mining. Working directly with blockchain infrastructure gave the team a clear understanding of how decentralised technology could solve real world problems when applied correctly.

During this period it became clear that the ticketing industry suffered from issues that blockchain was uniquely capable of addressing. Fraud, uncontrolled resale markets, inflated prices and a lack of transparency created a system that was frustrating for organisers and unfair for customers.
